Beautiful ring but...
The ring looks nice with good price for a diamond ring (tho lab-created). But when I ordered my ring, it showed it will be shipped within 2 business days but after couple days it didn’t. I contacted the custom service and they told be this is a pre-order purchase. And I have to wait almost 3 weeks. This didn’t make me happy though I understand it may take time to update the information on the website. Also the package is just so so, it’s quite eco friendly, but feel too cheap for a diamond ring...

To be honest I wanted to rate this…
To be honest I wanted to rate this company 5 stars since the price is great, the diamond necklace I eventually got looks nice, the shipping is very fast, and customer service seemed to care greatly about it's customers. I did notice a lack of attention to detail however in regards to the shipping process which caused me a great deal of annoyance. When I first received the package at a fedex store, I found that it only included the diamond pendant. Fair enough, everyone makes mistakes, so I called the company and they said they would ship me the missing necklace. I then get a email saying that it would be shipped by UPS to my home address. I didn't want that since I'm not able to sign for the package. I tried to have them send it to the nearest UPS store, but they said they could only sent it to the UPS warehouse on the other side of town if I wanted it without delay. After making the trip back and forth to pick it up, I discovered that the necklace was tangled and it was quite annoying to untangle it. I wanted to love this experience, but they need to pay more attention to detail.

Shipping was great super fast price not…
Shipping was great super fast price not bad for what I got but the picture made it look way better than it really was but for the price it's pretty and for my budget it works

Hi, I know you guys have to maintain your prices lows in order to be competitive, but seriously a hand writing note on a piece of cardboard, that just made me asking my self if the diamond is real.
