Will never order from this place again never received order than seller wouldn’t respond too any email on order

I ordered a graduation gift 3 weeks ago. I haven't received any information from this company, except an memo on my news feed saying your package is on the way. I tried reaching them and they asked for my credit card number to track my package. They referenced I would receive an email confirming my purchase with all the information which I never received to this point. I ordered 2 key chains and both of the young ladies have now graduated and I had nothing to give. I tried reaching them again today and nothing. Don't buy nothing I feel it's a scam

Scam! Ordered an item over 3 weeks ago and never received. Sent email and never heard back. Don't waste your time or money.

Customer service was great. I ordered personalized shirt and then realized that I had made a mistake in the personalization. They promptly refunded my money. I have bought 3 shirts in the past and loved them all. Personalization was spot on and material was good quality. The only negative is the estimated delivery dates. The latest date given was before Mother’s Day and did not receive till several days after that date.

I bought one of those leather belts that have a clever saying about everytime you take your pants off youll think of me. shows it in a nice box and I couldn't wait to give it to him for a gift. I ordered a 40 but when I measured his belt after this one came and the first hole is 40 which means I would need a 44... its not Leather !! its Pleather very dissapointed .. i woud accept another one in a 44 but noone will help me

I ordered an item for a high school graduation. I read the processing time and shipping time. According to that, I should have the item this week in time for graduation. It hasn't even shipped yet and when I inquire, I keep getting told about their processing time and how this item is very popular. I explained that if I don't have it this week, it's useless to me and to cxl the order. They won't do that and said if they cxl they will charge me $5. I've been corresponding for a week about this and I keep getting the same answer and the item has yet to be shipped. I'm really regretting this purchase. I will likely dispute any charge with my credit card company.

I almost bought an item then decided to check reviews. If you notice the ones that say “this item” instead of what the item actually is, that’s a fake review. The only legit reviews that are on here are the people saying what they got and explaining in detail. Also, their stories have similarities.

This business has poor product workmanship, and they do not stand behind their products. I ordered from them and received the product with a word that was misspelled. I contacted them about it, and their reply was “ Since it will cost more to return the item and it is a minor blemish that doesn't affect the use, may you kindly get it back to normal with tools?” This is horrible. I can’t believe a company would respond as such.
