NewsteamReviews of newsteam.com

Wonderful service with regard to newspaper deliveries. I 'phoned today to cancel kitchen towels and toilet rolls. No problems - Lisa Petal was very efficient and did it straight away. Thank you very much, Newsteam. EWH

We spoke with Lilla Vilmek @Newsteam this afternoon regarding an important issue. She resolved the issue promptly whilst we were speaking with her and advised accordingly. She is a valuable asset to Newsteam and should be promoted. Newsteam seem to be working professionally if anyone wants to work for them. Thanks Lilla Vilmek (appreciated).

Paul Kara was very helpful, polite pleasant and very quick with sorting my issue

I spoke to a very helpful Richard Lopez about issues I have had with delivery problems. He went to a lot of trouble hopefully sorting out the complaint.

My newspaper, the Grimsby Telegraph, wasn't delivered this morning 26/05/26. I phoned Reachsubs and spoke to Rhoda who was very sympathetic with my problem. She quickly sorted a solution in a polite and helpful manner.

This morning butter was left on my doorstep but they didn't knock so by the time I got to it, it had melted so more liquid than solid. I didn't want to pay for something I couldn't use so rang customer service. I was very luck to get Claudine and she was brilliant. She talked me through things and made sure I understood everything. Being an older person can make things more difficult but Claudine talked me through it all and was very patient. If people in customer service are as good as Claudine that would be great

I contacted newsgroup after receiving a bill and got put through to Mr Richard Lopez who helped me out and it was sorted out in no time I can't thank him enough Gary Wilkinson

After a few issues now getting a reliable service including a promotion offered by Richard Lopez. All handled professionally and thoroughly explained.
