The level of ease to work with James and the rest of the New Silver staff should be the benchmark for all business's. Very rarely, if ever, are there any slowdowns with the loan process. Give the proper documentation, that is requested/needed, in a timely manner and get your loan closed. It's that easy. If you are a recurring customer (this is my 4th ground up build with New Silver), you have ZERO issues/disruptions....thank you everyone at New Silver!!

I’m an experienced investor who has always used banks for financing. When I decided to try hard money lenders, I was very apprehensive. James and Brittany were awesome. I’ll probably never use a Bank again. Although the fees and cost of the money might be higher, to me, it’s worth it. Again, James and Brittany were awesome. Always getting back to me and holding my hand through everything. You still have to go through Underwriting but it just seemed easier. I would definitely recommend.
