New SilverReviews of newsilver.com

Collin and Soraya were a pleasure to work with. From the start they answered all my questions and offered solutions to any roadblocks along the way. The process was very smooth and organized, I didn’t have to repeatedly send the same docs over and over. I would definitely recommend their services!

Jessica and the team at New Silver were AWESOME! I have worked with a few fix and flip lenders in the past and New Silver blew them out of the water. The onboarding and paperwork process was straightforward. The closing process was timely. Our closing attorney was very impressed working with New Silver

My wife and I recently refinanced our property with New Silver, and we couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional service provided by Collin and Soraya. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. What impressed us most was their platform's user-friendly interface and their incredibly quick responses to all our questions. Collin and Soraya went above and beyond to ensure we had all the necessary tools to streamline the process and successfully get approved by Underwriting. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to making the refinancing process as seamless as possible truly set them apart. New Silver is definitely our go-to lender for fix-and-flip loans, rental property loans, and refinancing needs. If you're looking for a reliable lending partner with a team that genuinely cares about your success, I highly recommend reaching out to Collin and Soraya at New Silver. You won't be disappointed!

My previous lender canceled my loan two and a half weeks into escrow. New silver jumped in and got our purchase done in a week! Great job guys. Will definitely be using again for my next fix-and-flip.

Outstanding responsiveness and follow up. A notch above other lenders!

I've done two deals with New Silver in the past month, and I'm very grateful to Colin and Alex. They worked very diligently, even helping me with urgent requests at 8 PM. Moreover, their 90% leverage is better than many other lenders on the market.

Collin was very diligent and responsive throughout the transaction. Thanks

Exceptional experience, great and real-time communication, fast closing, and clearly setting expectations. Joe DeSalvo is such an amazing loan officer to work with, always available via text and email, very helpful, and a great advocate for your deal with their back-end processing officers.
