Excellence is an understatement to describe New Silver Services. It's more like SUPER SUPER EXCELLENCE SERVICE from NEW SILVER.I am super excited to have your company as my source for funding my projects. You are the best in this business. Alex Shvayetsky is the best in this business, he delivers 100+ % every day. You are my first and only recommendation to my clouges in this development business.Alex's consistency is second to none. He is a man i admire in regards to his work ethic.

Alex and the New Silver team are awesome! The process was very smooth and I was able to close on the property quickly. Alex was very responsive and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I'm so happy that I chose to work with New Silver. I will continue to work with them on future projects.

James and the entire team at New Silver were amazingly helpful. We were in a tough bind with a traditional lender leaving us high and dry at the 11th hour but New Silver gave us options and was able to get us the clear to close in lighting speed! I would recommend these folks 100x over!

Thank you Alex and the team for another easy and smooth process, looking forward for another business to be completed, thank you

Great experience. Alex was wonderful to work with, and is a man of his word. Previously, I was disappointed with another lender who did not meet their initial time and loan commitments they stated initially. This experience was complete opposite, we closed right on schedule, there were no surprises on loan structure or funding. The application and loan platform was really user friendly as well.

So far I had a couple deals with New Silver. I couldn't ask for a better team to work with me. I totally enjoy working with them, Special Alex Shvayetsky. Of course as you purchase more properties, the financing becomes very easy.

Alex and Marwan were EXCELLENT. I’ll go with 5 PLUS STARS. They both made the experience much better than expected. My loan wasn’t the easiest but they moved quickly to allow for a fast closing. They resolved any issues and followed through meticulously, from start to finish. I had bad experiences with a few prior lenders. After being given false promises, including “no worries you are 99.9% approved and ready for settlement” to end up just wasting time and the waste of the expense of an appraisal to end up falling into that .1% trap and in danger of losing the property. I am very fortunate to have discovered Alex and New Silver. My advise, Bypass all other lenders and go right to Alex at New Silver.

What an amazing experience! I can not recommend New SIlver enough. They came into a deal that another lender totally screwed up on and closed it in 14 days! They went above and beyond to get an appraiser out within days and were on everyone to get my deal close. I can not wait to work with them again.
