New SilverReviews of newsilver.com

New silver is great!!! James and his team made the process super easy and fast. I was able to close on the property fast. I would highly recommend others to use them.

James and Co. are the best of the best. They continue to exceed my expectations and come through clutch for me in any situation. I0/10 Adam Mason Mason Management L.L.C

New Silver met my need quickly by closing in a 2 week timeframe, Efficiently, by close mo itor of the transaction to ensure the title company provide a clear title, and by compassion, demonstrating patience when it took 4 days from closing for the sign deed to be provided from seller. New Silver treats their customers as family! I appreciate them.

It was a smooth transaction. James and the legal team explained the different steps involved and I was able to close within the contracted time. Thank you team for tolerating my inexperience and responding to my questions promptly!

New Silver is convenient, friendly, fast, and easy to work with. James kept me informed on my loan status. Uploading my information was awesome and secure!! I'm looking towards New Silver to handle my next deal! Thanks

New Silver is quick to respond and easy to work with. They are a good partner for your projects!

I approached New Silver out of sheer desperation. I had a good deal but all the local HMLs kept giving me excuse after excuse regarding funding my deal (relatively newbie investor, really tight closing deadline etc, etc). I needed to get funding fast so I hit google and New Silver popped up. I reached out and James responded immediately. He worked through my numbers, discussed all scenarios with me and then got straight to work. We had a delay with the appraisal being returned - this was NOT a New Silver issue and James warned me that this would happen because its happening everywhere right now BUT he also told me we would close by my deadline. Was I skeptical? Yes. Did I panic? Heck yes. But James told me it would work out and it did. I have to mention here that New Silver's communication and responsiveness is unmatched. Every single email got answered promptly, calls were returned promptly. I don't know if these guys sleep. Professionalism is A+++ and this applies to everyone from James to Marwan and Alex - everyone is very professional. I got funded in early Nov and deliberately waited to review until after my first draw (late Dec) because I wanted to be able to give a full, true review of the whole lending and funding experience. Even the draw went smoothly - I submitted my request, inspector came out, I got my money in a little under 48 hours. I cannot praise New Silver enough. Where other HML make you jump through hoops and then don't deliver, NS delivers - no excuses. Their process is super simple if you have a good deal where the numbers work and you have all your other paperwork in order. They also have a very simplified and easy to use dashboard. I very highly recommend New Silver for all your funding needs.

Already preparing for next deal!
