New Silver is marvelous! Sometimes the experience can be “off”, the second time around but New Silver came through with another awesome experience with my Fix n Flip. I interacted with the same players as my first deal 2 weeks ago and again, they did not disappoint!! James and Amra were right there til the end, ensuring all went well. I can’t thank you enough for helping me fulfill my dream of working multiple flips at the same time and right on time!! . Til next time….

James was great and the team worked hard to get id done...thank you

The process was great fast and simple they have a great team quickly to respond back to messages great job!!! Thanks New silver!!

I’m delighted to share my exceptional experience with New Silver Lending. My recent refinance process was incredibly smooth having engaged their services multiple times, I can confidently say that they consistently exceed expectations. A great thank you to James Keagan, Amra, and Alex for their dedication in going the extra mile. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart.

They are helpful, responsive, and on top of it. Communication is great, and they can work as quickly as you can. As a first timer with them, I'd have loved a breakdown of the process, because some things were surprises for us, but now we know going forward. Would def recommend them.

Staff was extremely helpful and responsive. Made the process simple like it should be.

This is my first hard money lender. Have some rentals but first flip project. Still going through the process but the team has been very straight forward on term requirements. I’m glad I found them online. Any questions I had before closing was answered very promptly and clear. Hopefully that will continue through this whole process. Thank you New Silver!

The Loan Advisor was polite, available and well driven to help move us through the process. We have not gone through this process before and clearly we had a learning curve. There were repetitive requirements for the latter part of the loan process. We will be ready for the next one for sure.
