The company is pretty good at communicating. For starters you generally get automated emails on updates with your order. I did however have an issue with getting automated emails about my shoe order. But with the little bit of info that I had I emailed new retro and they were quick to update me on the order from an actual person. Also good to know that the order was never lost or forgotten about. The automated email just never generated and this could have been contributed to the fact that I order multiple things at the same time. Either way. Good communication, great products and easy to order.

Well my shirt came the day before I wanted it, however it was way too small. I should have gone 2 sizes bigger, even though I was measured up. It was just abit small... I guess my dad bod doesn't like clothes. The shirts definitely are a tad lighter than in the photos. But great either way. I will get another one that's a bit bigger, as I'm sure I will wear it again.

The design is good and comfortable

The quality of the products was very good and arrived very quickly and the price was quite affordable

Very pleased with the quality of my new shades, shirt and visor cap. Customer Service also did a nice job !
