I was getting information about all these extra steps that I was going to need to take and I was so frustrated that my packet didn't include what I thought were "missing instructions". Within seconds of reading Marielle's clarifications, I was completely fine. She handled the entire interaction professionally and with kindness. This process can is SO complicated. I'm grateful for this product and her help. Turns out I didn't need to follow any "extra steps" than what was provided. It all worked out.

I can’t recommend this company enough. I feel less stressed about the daunting task of changing my name, and I love a good step by step checklist.
