Good communication and all promises made were kept. The process took an extremely long time and I felt like certain things could have been done more efficiently. Each time I thought we were done there was another document that was needed, which prolonged things by many weeks. Otherwise, I had a great experience with Newity.

Beginning to think this company is a scam. We set our loan up for auto draft, but changed banks a couple months ago. There is no way to change the payment setup, and no way to speak to the billing department. Our loan is now 58 days past due and this company will not allow us to speak to the billing department, nor will they take a payment over the phone. When accessing our account online, we see our account but nothing in regard to the loan details or an option to make a loan payment. We have been calling for week now but they claim that billing is too busy to answer... if this loan defaults in 2 days they get paid by the govt, seems very suspicious to me. I've also requetsed to speak to a supervisior, but no luck there either. I do not recommend this shady company for a loan
