Only ordered one small part, but came in good time, was nicely packaged with care, and had yummy salt water taffys from local business inside as well. Customer support was nice, had a good interaction with them, there was no problem, just let them know I got the package and liked the taffies, and they replied, which is nice as you don't usually get that from the big companies.
