I submitted an order. They emailed back to verify. I then sent several emails to which I received no reply. Weeks later, I email asking what the hell is going on. They haven't done anything. They haven't ordered the part, and I'm now just trying to cancel the order since I've now ordered the parts elsewhere. I'll give them until the end of the day today to confirm my order has been refunded, and after that, I think I'm just going to have to do a chargeback with my creditcard.

This company is the worst at communication. First off the phone number at the bottom of the page is 000-000-0000. Then in the contact us tab there is another number that they don't answer and tell you to use the chat feature on the website, but the chat feature on the website is always "off line". I sent emails to them directly, I send form fills from the website and messaged them from Paypal and zero response. Save yourself a huge headache and don't buy from these guys.

They sent my mazda door latch to the wrong address. I paid to have it shipped to Minnesota. Needing more time to find a warm shop I finally took a half a day off to install only after hours of work had to reinstall the wrong part they sent to the wrong address. I request a even exchange and I am told “too bad you idiot for not realizing we have a limited time return policy. I’m out $180 ! Go to a dealer everyone these guys,,,

Simple…ordered a part. However, after multiple attempts to contact the business for the status of my order (they don’t respond to email and you can’t contact them by phone), I had to file a claim against them. So far, after almost a month; no part, no tracking number, no refund, and no contact. This business is crooked and should not be allowed to continue swindling customers out of their hard earned money.

I have been waiting 3 weeks. No one will answer emails no phone number. I won't be able to afford another tail light for a while😭. I'm gonna turn them into paypal but last time someone didnt send what I ordered paypal denied my claim. I guess its safe to say I'm screwed out of $102.00. There stealing money from hard working people.

Cancelled my order shortly after placing it! Could not contact anyone by phone and no one would respond to my emails. had to contact fedx to advise them I want the package stopped once it’s picked up and returned to shipper Tasca parts !

I didnt receive the item

I usually don't write review but i'm so frustrated and this Customer service was the worst. Recieved an email that something was wrong with my order when i called they said the VIN was incorrect and would have to place a new order for a different grille. i placed the order with no issues then received another email saying there was another issue. When i called i spoke with two women the first one telling me that my grill couldn't be sent to another address where my jeep is getting fixed because it's over $200 (this was not addressed in the first phone call even though the address was the same in that order as well) when i asked to speak with a manager that could help override the fact that my purchase was $201 i was given snarky remarks and threatened she didn't want to do business because i arguing about the situation. Her resolution was for me to get a paypal account or cancel the order. I assume from the other reviews on BBB the people working for this company doesn't care but don't waste your time or money working with them. Hopefully the owner of this company will see the poor reviews and higher new employees that actually care about customer service.
