Scam sent the extremely wrong part in box of part I ordered

total scam, doxxed the crap out of them and called TASCA (getoemparts.com AND NEWAUTOPARTS.COM runs out of TASCA's collision center in Cranston, RI - phone number 401-681-1296) Had to call three times to get someone to argue with me about what service they actually do not do for people. Just stay away - pay the 3% more for parts you will get in a week and not let them string you along for months on end. Rhode Island is full of these scam artists who think they are doing the world a service by being the smallest state in the US but have the biggests a$$holes in the country. Even found the parts cheaper with shipping through a dealer

Paid $20 for overnight shipping of three or so inch piece of wire. Take 3 days to ship it then tells me on friday afternoon when shipped won't see till Monday or Tues. That's more than overnight! They had a 3 day option for way less. What are we paying extra for if they do what they want

it was my worst experience ever , they had order on hold for about 6 weeks on a repeated promise that the item is on back order and would be delivered soon and after this waiting period I requested a refund. surely they cancelled the order immediately but I never saw my refund a mount. it has been 2 months now and like a 50 email sent to them and the only reply I could get is (wait)
