I received the glasses, which are nothing more than a magnifying glass. A month later, I got billed by them for something else that I never did ask for. They used my PayPal account that they must have cloned. I have changed my password! Now I am having to fight to get my money back. The company will not answer the phone! I have disputed with PayPal and hoping I get my money back. I got an email unauthorized purchase . It doesn’t say what it’s for. I believe they’re truly a scam company! Don’t use them

I received the reading glasses broken in half and entirely unusable. There was not packing slip to report damages or request a replacement or refund...no contact information whatsoever. After taking time off work to track down where the glasses came from, I am informed that I "missed" the 7 day return window (again, nothing in the packaging to indicate this limited window or who to contact). I have asked for a replacement product or a refund of the purchase price. I have been refused repeatedly. This company doesn't have fair business practices and should be avoided entirely.

I keep getting charged after canceling. Customer support is ridiculous!!

BUYER BEWARE. I did not bought purchase anything online charged $29.00. And then charged $145 with three separate charges on PayPal And have two charges of $89. PayPal has locked my account and it’s been a month of fighting with them. I am going to turn them into our attorney general. I found a totally different phone number and haven’t called them. My bank shut the transaction down and PayPal is the one fighting me.

I received my prescription glasses that were supposed to help me see clearly they are OK for cheaters can’t see anything at a distance could’ve bought nicer cheaters than these at the dollar tree for a 1.25 do not waste your time or money ordering from this company

This company is a total scam. Fraud alert! They will take your money but never deliver the product. Zero customer service. They should be shut down and prosecuted. Warning: do NOT deal with this company. I don't think they even exist.

I ordered the eyeglasses that were supposed to correct near and far sightedness. Blurry and not usable. I emailed Aviroo twice and they keep telling me that due to high volume of tickets expect a delay of 48 hours in addressing your inquiry. I emailed them on August 12 and have heard nothing from them. In reading all the negative reviews, it seems like Paypal is of no help at all. Looks like this company scammed alot of people!!!

This company should be banned from advertising on the Internet. Bought a pair of their "magic" eyeglasses. Was charged an extra $15 for a cheap plastic case that might be worth One Dollar. Tried on the glasses that supposedly correct to any vision problem. The left lens was totally blurred and the right lens is only good for reading in focus. Sent them an email and they told me the product "must be returned to their Japan warehouse. Postage to China is more than the purchase price of the glasses and there is NO magic. They offered me 35% and keep them. Then, they offered 50% refund and keep them. PayPal will not intercede. After reading their reviews here, I find that I was screwed like everyone else who has dealt with them. Shame on Nevo Brands!
