I made a purchase on e-bay. After one week, the item had not shipped yet. I wrote to the seller asking about shipping but he never did respond. Item shipped after 12 days. Terrible communicator, terrible shipper! I will never purchase from this seller ever again.

Alright first off I love the silver, at first I tried to cancel the order but now that I have it in my hands I think I made a great investment and I'm glad you've declined my cancelation, if I could go back I would buy this 10 times over. As I'm reading this over I feel I sound Insanely sarcastic but I really am happy that I didn't get the cancelation through, thank you for reading and buy some of there stuff.

Neil “The Boss” sets the tone for excellence at Nevada Coin Mart. The operation runs efficiently, inventory turns quickly, and customer service is clearly a priority. You can tell leadership matters here. Every team member I’ve worked with reflects professionalism and market knowledge. This shop has earned its reputation.

Do not do business with them if you are smart!! They routinely falsey advertise. Then they refuse to cancel or give a refund . Absolutely terrible business to deal with.

Your staff was very congenial and kind. This was very difficult selling my family's jewelry that has sentimental value. I just had to pay off medical bills. i know it is best, but it is hard nonetheless. My brother-in-law used your store when he sold gold. He said other buyers were not as good and fair priced. I had taken the pieces to a jewlery store in town just to see-I will never go back. I walked out and glad I did.
