I have discontinued your products. Due to treatment of Hayden Panttiere. I know women are in your board. Cold hearted approach taken to kick her while she was struggling with postpartum.

I stopped using way out to date neutrogena products in my teens! But nonetheless, I’m writing because it’s DISGUSTING you fired Hayden Paniettrie from her endorsement deal because she spoke openly about PPD!!! Vomit 🤮 Diagusting practice, disgusting company, and disgusting products.

Several years ago, I purchased a couple of the light therapy acne masks. One was for me and one was for my daughter. I had mine put away in my bathroom for quite some time and this past week. I decided I was going to get it out and use it. I went online to look for the cartridge for it and saw a recall. There was a phone number to call where they said I could obtain a refund. These were not cheap masks. If I remember correctly, they were about $40 each. Their customer service is offshore and you can tell that they do not care whether you have a good experience or not. I was told I would get two $3 dollar coupons from Neutrogena. She said it was because they were no longer refunding the masks. This is not fair as I paid a substantial price for two of the masks that I cannot use. I will never again purchase anything from Neutrogena if they do not make this right. I’m guessing they probably won’t because it looks like they don’t respond to any of their reviews. You would think a company as big as Neutrogena would know that in the world of social media, you need to make sure that you’re responding to reviews both good and bad.

My face was insanely dry. Desperate, I scavenged around my room for a solution. I applied the Neutrogena (hydroboost) lotion, and after a minute, my face started rashing and turning really red. I thought I was having an allergic reaction to perfume, as a friend sprayed it at the same time I put the lotion on, but I was forced to wash all the lotion away down the sink, wasting 1/25th of a container that costs like $15 each. What a scam. Otherwise, it was okay. I could use this cream when my face wasn't dry, but what's the purpose then? Also: Considering that around 80% of the product is water, what am I even paying for? 5g of random chemicals I could probably buy for 1/10th the price?
