I LOVE Qualia
I LOVE Qualia (I use Qualia mind caffeine-free)!! The product itself is SUPERB and I have been using it for nearly a year and hope never to stop. The ordering, however, is complicated. And while the product is worth the promo price (50% off) I couldn't afford to pay full price. So I subscribe to get the discount, then cancel my subscription. Then sign up again, then cancel.. you get the idea. It can get quite complicated. Also, beware that even if you buy at a discount price, they will put the full price on the shipping box, so the customs will charge as double of what you pay. If you order to UK, 2 bottles will make you eligible to be charged for VAT, on top. Twice already I was charged £80 ON TOP(!!) of the order price, for customs. I have complained to the border force in the UK both times and got a partial refund on this, but it is complicated and messy, and time-consuming. I reached out to them to put the actual paid price on the box but they refused. So there you have it, great product, complicated international shipping mess. You can order Qualia from the EU, but it will be only the regular one, no caffeine-free, and the price will be much higher.
