Further to my review in March, this company was known as Neurobella or Visiovance and now as N/A. Whatever they are called they are scammers so don't be fooled into buying anything from them. They sent me 2 orders on the same day and I have been trying to get my money back from them but they just ignore whatever you say in your emails. And these pills do not work as I tried them for over 2 months and they made no difference whatsoever to my eyes. I think N/A is a good name for them now - not applicable!

Not only have Neurobella started a subscription I did not request but now they have charged me twice. They do not respond to emails, they obviously think that if they ignore requests to cancel a subscription they can keep taking money. Do not use this company, they are dreadful.

They put you on autofill and keep sending you your first order and keep taking money out of your acc. I had to stop my debit card and my bank got my money back on the last shipment. Yet I got another shipment in the mail today but they didn't get my money. I threw away the bottles as how could you trust what is really in the pills. They also advertise 60 pills but only have 30 pills in the bottle. Really a SCAM.

This is a company filled with thieves and conmen (or women). I purchased a 3-month supply of eye pills - a specific ONE-TIME purchase. 30 days later (not 3 months), I see another $67 taken off my credit card - these jerks billed me again!! I have emailed numerous times, no reply. Plus, no phone number to call. In my 'account' it states I'll receive a 90 day supply next month, too!! You CANNOT cancel anything with these blatant liars! My only solution was to get a new credit card! Do NOT give these demons your money!! And be careful, their product used to be called, Visiovision, so they do change the product name.

I ordered a one bottle trial order, they keep shipping multiple order and charging my cc without my Authorization, I've sent several e mail top support no response, company does not have phone number listed any where this is a scam

I have sent three emails to stop sending this product and have just been ignored. I am going to get my bank involved and put a stop to them withdrawing my money. I urge people not to buy from this company.

I received the pills today. The label on the tub says 30 pills and take 2 per day. The lose label says take 1 per day. This cost £25.50. E-Bay has them for £7.50, 60 per tub and the Lutein amount 50mg whereas my tub has only 20mg. I feel robbed. Another Facebook scam.

I ordered the 2 plus free bottle and luckily used paypal to pay for the order. After I received my order, I got an email stating that I need to remit money for the subscribe monthly order which I never authorized. So I ignored the email. This business practice is a scam. Beware public buyers. I re-checked their website and Paypal is no longer an option to pay as they have no control over it. Stay away from this deal & avoid the headache.
