The first tracking update took a little while to appear, but after that the shipment moved quickly. Product arrived fine and I like the once daily setup.

I ordered neuro-bella back in June and being skeptical I was sure it would do nothing for me. I've been taking a capsule a day every day since I received it. Im now 60 years old I have type 2 diabetes and every year for me annual eye exam I have to get a new pair of glasses and listen to my eye dr say your macular degeneration is getting a little worse try and get your diabetes under control, and I was taking the vitamins she prescribed for me for 3 years. I had my annual eye exam yesterday went through the normal routine and I said let's hear the news I need stronger glasses and how much blood is behind my eyes blah blah blah. She said actually you have no more blood behind your eye and the macular degeneration is very stable and your glasses are the same I said really she was very happy with my results I said in June I stopped taking the pills you had me on for 3 years and started taking neuro Bella brand and I gave her the bottle said I seen it on tik tok and decided to try it she said watch what you get on social media because it can be very bad, she read the back of the bottle and said you've been taking this for 3 months? I said yes, she said this product looks very good has the right amount of everything so she told me to continue using it because its working for me. She took a picture of the bottle and said she is going to start recommending it for her patients. I was really expecting this stuff not to work but it has and now its my go to eye therapy.

I had a minor shipping problem and when I contacted eurabella via email, I got a response the sday and the issue resolved immediately. This is important to me...my concerns are listened to and resolved very quickly. Maybe AI is involved in the response, but it felt very personal and that too is important to me

The company lied to me and told me a shipment was in progress when I knew it wasn’t and I tried to cancel the contract and they wouldn’t do it and I finally had to contact my credit card company and then all of a sudden they complied with my wish to cancel my contract. I hadn’t even completed the use of the first shipment and wanted to end my subscription which I didn’t know I had one to begin with I would not suggest dealing with this company.

I did not receive my first shipment for a month. At that time, I thought I was being scammed. Finally got the first shipment and I found out that I had signed up for monthly reorder. Not what I wanted. Terrible communications.

No improvement in vision, got too high pressure in my eye and had to undergo urgent glaucoma surgery.
