Network for Good (Bonterra) is a disaster
Network for Good (Bonterra) is currently displaying severe administrative negligence and broken workflows that are actively bottlenecking critical community funding sources. Our grassroots organization is a fully compliant 501c3 holding the Platinum Seal of Transparency on Candid. We submitted all required compliance data on September 7th, again on the 21st and a direct follow-up on September 29th. Instead of reviewing our verified files, their internal team ignored our communications from the 29th and allowed an automated system timeout loop to erroneously "close" our account profile today. This internal processing failure directly disrupts our active Walmart Spark Good Round-Up pipeline and blocks the disbursement of essential funds intended for New York City families. Their phone menus are completely non-functional, their dashboard help links are broken, and email tickets remain unanswered. This is completely unacceptable operational friction for a major financial clearinghouse. We demand immediate manual intervention by a senior compliance specialist to re-open our folder and finalize our electronic funds transfer. The only decent thing going is a wonderful lady in sales who tried to help, but everything else is a disaster.
