charged $50 for a Dr Ordered Supplement for a medically involved individual that is happy when his needs are met. Never received. money charged. three modes of contact given: Phone, Chat, Email all ignoring. They have been in business long enough to have the means to Not merely take your money but to say what's going on with your purchase. not all people have money in the bank. Some individuals work is helping disabled family for free.

I would not order from this company. I tried to order three bottles of different supplements and when I tried to get a free bottle of melatonin they want to charge me over $9.00 more!!! Where is the free supplement if you order three or more??? Not only that, I didn't feel comfortable ordering from this site. It looks unprofessional and unreliable. I am glad I changed my mind about ordering from them. I'd rather order from a real site like leading edge health. Folks, be very careful with this site!

I recently ordered two 4 lb containers of MuscleTech Nitro Tech Whey Protein (Cookies & Cream) from your store, and they were delivered today (Sept 17 2024). Upon checking the expiry date, I was shocked to find that it is October 2024. I’m appalled that you would send health-related items so close to their expiration date, especially products that cannot be consumed quickly. This was my first time ordering from NetNutri, and it’s likely to be my last. Every other vendor I’ve purchased from has provided fresh batches of products, but it seems NetNutri operates as a thrifting business, robbing customers by selling items that are nearly expired and on their way to the trash.

Awful company. Constantly out of stock but does not bother to tell customer until the day after order is placed. Then charges the credit card anyway. An honest company would list the product as being out of stock on their website so the customer could look elsewhere for the product or a similar product. Also, I think charging for a product before it ships is illegal. They also do not respond to messages sent through their website. I would give them a negative rating if that were an option.

I ordered a diet supplement from them. I tried it, and it did nothing. I tried to get a refund becasue I was within 30 days of purchase. I was "working" with Madelyn Weber, who was INCREDIBLY rude and refused the refund. So I put the product away, and thought I would try it again 2 weeks later. IT WAS MOLDY. The lid was screwed on tightly, and it was in a dark closet. I tried again for a refund, and was again very rudely denied. Not only are their products horrible, expensive, but you get treated like a 2nd class citizen when you asf for a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Avoid this company at all costs. They may have a product no one else has but its because it's defective or expired. They sent me expired supplements and would only give me a refund if I shipped it back to them - which cost me almost $30. So they basically stole $30 from me. Absolute predatory business practices. I tried to do the right thing by sending it back instead of disputing the charge and they took advantage of that. Awful company

Never received order. Tracking showed it was not able to be delivered because of a problem with sender, yet when I contacted them they denied it was their responsibility and would not offer a solution. I am yet to receive anything months down the line and no refund or offer for resolution. DO NOT BUY THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY
