I paid for the product but it never arrived. The company claims it was delivered to a person but I live alone. I have asked all of my neighbors if they received it for me, but none of them have. I have sent dozens of emails and phone messages and they only responded twice - both times by sending the tracking information. I’ve tried to contact the shipping company but they have no contact information and their site is in Chinese. Since I have been unable to get any resolution, I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

I genuinely thought NetherHost had changed for the better. After abandoning their previous Trustpilot profile due to a flood of negative reviews, I gave them another chance. Sadly, it seems nothing has truly improved.
What’s most concerning is the manipulation of reviews. Offering hosting credit in exchange for positive feedback is not just unethical—it’s misleading. When 80% of your user base is on free plans, it’s easy to flood Trustpilot with glowing but dishonest reviews just to boost your rating.
I left a review on their old profile before it was abandoned, hoping things would turn around. But here we are again. Lately, I’ve seen multiple complaints about server outages, broken panels, and general instability. It’s a shame, really. I wanted to believe in their growth, but the same issues keep resurfacing.

El plan fue bueno antes de la actualización masiva de la página, fui cliente durante varios meses y dejé de pagarlo por aburrimiento. A los 2 meses de finalizar el anterior servicio, volví y contraté un nuevo plan; no se me brindó el servicio aunque aparecía como "activo", no me dejaba acceder al panel y el ticket hasta 2 semanas después de la finalización del servicio nunca fue respondido. No me devolvieron el dinero nunca.

In cases of server errors (such as creation or renewal issues), we always provide clients with generous extensions, usually an additional 1–2 weeks.
As for support, we respond to tickets within 48 hours at the latest, with most replies coming within 1–2 hours. I personally handle and review all tickets, so a 2-week delay simply isn’t accurate. Additionally, we never received a refund request from you—refunds can only be processed if they’re requested.
