While we provide billing services to thousands of merchants, we do not handle customer service for all of them. If you are having an issue, I can promise you it is not an issue with NETbilling, but could be non-response from the client which is not something that we can intervene. I would suggest that you try to reach out to the merchant again and if you do not get a resolution, contact your credit card company.

Hello Andrew, I am sorry you feel this way. You did request to cancel your account and we informed you (the owner) to complete and return a required letter of cancellation. This cancellation request document was sent to you and viewed by you several times. Reminders were sent to you to complete the document informing you that you will receive future invoices until its completion. Yet we received no response from you until months later.
