I was able to locate a hard to find product and the ordering process was easy and seamless. I have a feeling I'll be using Net32 more in the future.

River Dental Supplies has been a disappointment. Perhaps I am spoiled by other vendors. 11-24-23 I reported River Dental Supplies errors due to sending the wrong product. I am still in limbo. I finally received a mailing label to return the x-ray film without any replacement in sight. River Dental Supplies gets 1 star for service, shipping, accuracy and inadequate response. Make sure you have an alternative product source when you order from River Dental Supplies. IF you can wait 3-4 weeks for a correct product to delivered when it is in stock and not backordered, River Dental Supplies is OK. I realize Net32 is simply a middle man stuck in the middle. I would suggest to recommend to River Dental Supplies to improve service, shipping, accuracy and response.

We need a steady supply of Nitrile gloves while care-giving for my 94 year old mother. Net32 made it possible for us to find these at a price that was FAR better than any we had seen before. This is a huge help for us. The site can be slightly confusing, but I've always managed to secure the best price, and shipping has been super quick. Thank you!
