Positive: I received the items I needed after my regular supplier could not provide them. That's the good thing! Negative: It took very long for the items to arrive. You cannot tell in advance how long it'll take. If you order multiple items, they may come from different small suppliers at different times. You don't have any control over the consistency of your inventory. This may be a good service for those items you can't find anywhere else, and that you don't need fast.
