I ordered a specific product, they sent whatever they had in stock, which was not what i ordered. Then once i realized they wouldn't return it because it was past 30 days, this is the most ridiculous thing, all other companies i deal with take it back no mater what. makes me not want to order from them again....... I am very thankful to Net32 for making things right. Appreciate their quick action to rectify this situation.
