Received the product quickly. Is there a reason you are not on Amazon? Slight problem with the floss dispenser. The floss has a tendency not to stay in the slot.

Problem is FedEx. We always seem to have issues when FedEx delivers from any company. Box was wet from rain and falling apart. Gallon jugs inside leaking. The driver set the box down with the good side showing so our receptionist did not see the damage until she went to pick up the box. We get deliveries almost daily from Prime, WalMart and UPS and do not have issues. FedEx almost always is delayed, loses package, delivers to the wrong address, says no one is here to receive the package or the package is damaged. If I know in advance FedEx is the delivery service being used, I prefer not to place the order.

Bottle was open upon arrival and contents were spilled inside of the box.
