I can't rate the product because after spreading the full contents of all three beds (mini crib, full crib and toddler bed), I discovered I was missing hardware for step one (wheels) of both the crib and mini crib. And no way to contact anyone other than leaving a message for them to get back to you the next day. So now I'm left with a huge mess across two rooms and a time slot I reserved for this assembly project.

Nestig Stonewalls Parents - DO NOT BUY HERE
Nestig appears to prey on expectant parents by marketing premium nursery furniture with advertised delivery timelines that families rely on, then stonewalling customers once payment has been collected.
A crib order was placed in June, intentionally giving ourselves nearly a two-month buffer before our baby's due date. The promised delivery window has now come and gone with no shipment, no tracking information, and no proactive communication.
Since the delivery window expired, we have called, left voicemails, sent messages, and attempted to use Nestig's AI chatbot. The chatbot simply directs customers to unrelated help articles (advertising to buy more things!), and no representative has responded to any of our inquiries. At this point, we cannot even determine whether our order has shipped.
Since placing our order, my pregnancy has become high risk, meaning there is a very real possibility of delivering earlier than anticipated. We planned ahead specifically to avoid being in this situation, yet Nestig's complete lack of communication has placed us in the position of potentially scrambling to replace an essential piece of baby furniture because the company refuses to provide even the most basic status update.
Our experience is not unique. A review of customer complaints shows a recurring pattern of missed delivery windows, nonexistent customer service, and customers being forced to chase the company for information after their money has already been taken.
Nestig's business practices are unacceptable. When a company chooses to market products to expectant parents, it has a responsibility to communicate honestly about delays and provide timely updates when delivery commitments cannot be met.
Families preparing for a baby's arrival should not have to wonder whether an essential purchase will arrive or whether they need to spend additional money elsewhere because the company refuses to communicate.

Do not give your money to these jerks.
Do not give your money to these jerks.
They took forever to deliver our dresser, then when it arrived the “white glove delivery” failed to assemble it, then they sent another person several days later who said it was defective. Customer service was very slow to respond throughout this whole affair and didn’t actually do anything, they made my wife correspond with the logistics and delivery companies directly. The replacement took weeks to ship, and then it got stuck in customs for weeks. We decided we’d had enough and asked for a refund. Then the lost 2nd dresser showed up at our house weeks later (we were not home, our babysitter let them in). The 2nd dresser (that we did not want bc we got a refund) was left in a half-assembled state because it was also defective. I am now in the process of getting customer service to take this piece of trash out of my house.

Bought the cove toddler bed and the headboard came w a piece missing. Then they sent us the new headboard and it broke immediately upon assembly. For the price of this furniture the wood is very low quality and manufacturing is low quality.

Shipping was like $70 and it took them almost A MONTH to ship it. Assembling was not easy and there were over 10 screws missing. The final product does not look better than a $200 amazon similar product.

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, I had the chance to deal with this company’s services. We ordered a crib and paid $937 for it. When it arrived and we started assembling it, we discovered many small damages and chips that were clearly made during manufacturing. It was obvious because some of the defects looked like they had already been “fixed,” but the repairs were done poorly.
Also, the crib itself — or rather its parts — didn’t seem to fit properly. There were visible inconsistencies, uneven areas, and mismatched sizing. We took photos and videos and sent a complaint directly to the company. In response, we were offered either $75 compensation or the option to wait several weeks for replacement parts.
We were also told that damage during delivery happens very often and that any defects or size inconsistencies in the crib are not dangerous for the baby and that the child can still use it safely. From our perspective, this sounded very strange and unprofessional.
We tried to explain that a crib that costs nearly $1,000 should not look like this, and that $75 is not adequate compensation considering the number of defects. We also pointed out that we should not have to wait several more weeks for replacement parts that may arrive damaged again.
We were extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of the crib itself. We are being told that for the nearly $1,000 we paid, this condition is considered normal. I do not recommend this company to anyone. In our experience, they act unprofessionally, avoid responsibility, and handle situations like this in an unacceptable way.
