This is a total scam! Fraud! I spent hundreds of dollars on an order in January. They don’t respond, they don’t answer the phone. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from them.

Misleading information - very deceptive practices.

I ordered 6 plates at $64.99 each spending $400 on January 23rd This year. We are almost in April and I’ve not received anything!!! I follow up almost every week via email and I get the same response-“it is being shipped”- they gave me tracking information and when i follow the link - it’s in Chinese! This is so frustrating and I am so upset for ordering from here! But still hopeful I will get my merchandise and not lose $400 and have to take legal action. Awful customer service! Grace W.

Recently purchased 6 BILLIE GLASS COUPEs from this site. They are the greatest rip off. First they took weeks to arrive. They were advertised as superior quality glasses but when 1 glass arrived it was much smaller than shown and the glass is cheap and poor quality. Avoid purchasing from this site!
