What a joke Nespresso !!! My wife wanted to get his and hers ice coffee tumblers from Copenhagen store . The store did not have the pink tumbler so she had to order it from England .so one came from England and the other Copenhagen .after all this hassle The tumbler straw lid piece fell off and was lost .you can not use it if it does not have this piece. The store and the company say I need to buy a new one ! What a joke . What a waist of money Do Not Buy this coffee tumbler . It is no good !!! And so is the brand Nesprsso What ever happened to customer service and why would they not have these as extra pieces incase this happens ??? Rubbish !!!

Absolutely worst experience I have ever had with any company in my entire life. I have been trying for over a week to buy a coffee machine. When I tried online it says payment error. I tried with 4 different cards, all which are confirmed by the bank as active and working. I then called and tried to place an order via phone. They got the same error message and said they would call me back. They never called me back. I then called the next day and had to go through the whole process over again and retell them my order and address and card number, just for them to get the same error. I then had a 3 friends try with their cards in their account, no luck. Then I call back again yesterday and got in touch with someone named Blake, who went through the whole process again with me just to get the same error. He said I would get a call back within the hour, and I never did. I called again today and was connected with someone named Monica, who told me that the system only showed that I had called today. I explained that I had been trying to place this order for a week and she couldn’t see any of the calls or information I had done previously. She then tried to place the order and again it failed. They have offered me no solution for almost over a week now. This is the first time in my life I have wanted to buy a product and the company does not have the correct systems in place to accept my payment. Unbelievable. I have no option but to buy from another company it seems.

Coffee is good but the website is terrible .Whatever you do do not forget your password otherwise Italian logic will play havoc.

This company is a complete fail. Try to reorder on their website or by phone if you can find the number. When you call in, your last hope, the service people have no idea what they are doing. Buy a machine from another company. This one is going downhill. After spending 30 minutes on the phone, they tell me a supervisor will have to call me back.

Website is absolute trash. Not sure how they expect to make money when payments won't even be accepted. Keep getting an error message when I try to order their coffee. Guess I'll just order pods off amazon. What a joke of a website.

Nespresso has run out of descaling kits and ETA is only 1st week of June. They do not respond to messages. I have sent comments on Facebook, Instagram, Messaging, email and their website and they do not answer.

I've had 2 Nespresso machines, vertuo plus and the Pop, the worst!! I love the crema but you can get that in other machines that are more reliable and less expensive. The Pop has been a total nightmare!! I've had it only for 1 year and after 3 uses I've had to go through the cleaning process when I'm getting ready for work, very inconvenient. Also, I've had to do the descaling more than the Vertuo plus machine, it's not normal. It never worked properly. I've called customer service many times about the Pop and they go thru the video chat with you to see if your doing things right and bingo, it didn't work with them on the phone, but they wouldn't send me another Pop and it was still under warranty. Along with the expense from the pods and the aggravation of not being to have my espresso in the morning and Nespresso terrible customer service, where they blame me, no more Nespresso, the worst and extremely expensive. I have a much better made espresso machine and it works all the time, no pods, no problems and great crema. Good riddance Nespresso, rip off company.

Appalling service! I bought a Nespresso pod machine from John Lewis department store. There is an offer with the purchase - 50 free capsules when you order 50 on Nespresso website. First I had to register online with Nespresso, which on second attempt worked. Then I have to upload proof of purchase (receipt, email purchase confirmation etc). Then you have to input the machine serial numer. Press "Continue" -only thing is I get a message on the Nespresso page saying "You don't have access to this site." End of story. I tried on my ipad, my phone, my laptop, different browsers. None could get past this message. Called the "Help" line. After a 30 minute wait someone answered but the connection was so bad the person agreed to call me back. I repeated the register process and press continue. Same message, I can't access the site. All this has taken a couple of hours. My advice: don't bother with this company! I even went to a Nespresso store where the staff expressed ignorance of this particular offer. No further advice was available. Already! It's the 21st Century people...
