I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received from Nespresso Canada. I purchased a second hand Nespresso commercial machine. From the beginning, I experienced issues with the assigned representative. After I bought the machine, it seemed that he was no longer interested in helping because I hadn’t purchased it through him. One of the biggest frustrations is that I was never informed about the minimum coffee purchase requirement. Instead of explaining the policy to me, my machine registration was canceled without my knowledge. After several phone calls, someone from the Nespresso head office stepped in and successfully registered my machine again. However, the problems didn’t end there. I have called Nespresso Customer Service 4–5 times in the past week alone. Every time I am told that my case has been escalated and that someone will contact me, but no one ever does. I have spent hours following up, yet nothing has been resolved. The information I have received has also been completely inconsistent. My representative told me that I was **not eligible** for an extended warranty. When I contacted head office directly, they checked my machine and confirmed that it is only about **2\.5 years old** and **is eligible** for the one-year extended warranty. As a customer, it is extremely frustrating to receive contradictory information from different people within the same company. I have no visibility into what is happening internally, but it feels as though my case is stuck and no one is taking ownership. It is disappointing that customer service has been unable to resolve such a straightforward issue despite multiple escalations. This delay is not just an inconvenience—it is directly affecting my business. I have been waiting to get the machine serviced so we can begin staff training. Because this has dragged on for so long, our training schedule has been delayed, which has impacted our business operations and opening plans. I expected much better from a premium brand like Nespresso. Instead, I have experienced poor communication, inconsistent information, and a complete lack of urgency. As a business owner, this has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had. I sincerely hope someone in management takes ownership of this issue and improves the way customers are treated. No business customer should have to make repeated calls, receive conflicting information, and wait this long for a simple warranty and service request to be handled
