I bought Glitch 2.0 and Construct chat box. Setup was easy and quite versatile to make my own. The guides were simple and easy to follow. On launch day my viewers loved my new look and it’s helped with viewer retention. The on screen chat construct is aesthetically pleasing and allows those watching my stream later on to engage also.

Had a small kink with the Radiance and Flow goal/widgets but MrBoost was a great help with resolving the issues. All in all 5/5 GREAT SERVICE!!

Nathan was great. He was a great help to fix my issue with the overlay.

Purchased a product from them years ago, decided to pickup streaming again to find my overlays no longer functioning. Reached out to their support team through discord & I got the best support I've ever received. He recoded the Stream elements backend code to support the latest versioning of Chrome. My. Mind. Is. Blown. Thank you.

After contacting support with some questions/issues with an overlay at first I did not receive a response. As soon as i filed a complaint. Derek from Nerd or Die contacted me, assisted me with the issue, explained why the issues regarding the support happened and (over)compensated for not being able to deliver the quality of their support. My compliments to Derek and Nerd or Die for the solution, well done and keep it up!

Dion, this definitely isn't what we like hearing. If you can, I sent you a request for more information via Trustpilot, I'd like to make sure you're taken care of. We recently had an issue with our support tickets that we believe has been resolved. Very sorry about your experience. Edit: it appears this was an issue with our Zendesk ticket system, where responses were updated in the ticket, but an email was not being sent to notify users about their ticket.

Nathan was super helpful and replied to me quickly! He just asked for a quick video of the issue and was able to resolve the problem with his first suggestion. Very thankful to have such a fast turn around

Nathan and the NoD team are exceptional at what they do. The turn around time and care they put into customer interaction is some of the best I've ever seen.
