Hi Claudia, Thank you so much for taking the time to share this—we truly appreciate it. I’m really glad to hear you’ve been enjoying the course. That means a lot to us. And I also want to thank you for your honesty about wanting more real practice… that’s such an important part of the journey, and you’re absolutely right to be looking for that. As you continue, I’d gently encourage you to lean into the practical side through things and following along in the live sessions if you have access. That’s where many of our students start to really connect the dots and build confidence step by step. We’re always listening and looking for ways to make the experience even stronger, so your feedback truly matters here. Grateful to have you with us on this journey. Warmly,

Hello Joseph, thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We really appreciate the care you took in reflecting on your experience. You’re absolutely right—Day Trading is a lot to take in, especially over a short period of time. That’s exactly why we make the replays available and encourage students to revisit the material at their own pace. This isn’t meant to be rushed or mastered in a weekend. We’re grateful you noticed the dynamic between Mark and Ramez. They truly enjoy teaching together, and their shared emphasis on mindset is intentional—because, as you experienced firsthand, success in trading is just as much mental as it is technical. Your recommendation to begin with Zero to Trading is spot on and wise counsel for anyone reading this. Building a strong foundation makes all the difference. Thank you again for being part of our community and for offering such balanced, honest insight. We’re honored to walk alongside you as you continue learning.

So grateful to have you as part of the NEOS family. Warmly,

Hi Clayton, Thank you for sharing this with us — we really appreciate your honesty and the time you took to reflect on the course. You’re right, the lessons are intentionally thorough, and some examples can feel complex at first. That’s why Mark continually encourages slowing down and practicing before ever risking real money. Trading is a skill that develops over time, and there’s no rush. As for what’s included with your investment: your course purchase gives you lifetime access to the full core curriculum you completed, including all lessons, replays, and any updates to that material. You can revisit everything as often as you’d like. Anything beyond that — like live trading rooms or advanced coaching — is completely optional and meant for those who want additional, real-time support. They’re not required to apply what you’ve already learned. We’re grateful to have you in the NEOS family, and if you ever want help reviewing what you have access to, we’re always here. Warmly,

Hi Edwin, Thank you so much for sharing this thoughtful feedback. You captured exactly what we strive for—an open and encouraging learning environment where no one feels judged for asking questions. I’m so glad to hear that Mark’s approach has made such a positive impact on your learning experience. You’re absolutely right—often the questions we’re hesitant to ask are the ones others are also wondering about, and having a teacher who welcomes those questions makes all the difference. I’ll be sure to share your kind words with Mark—I know he’ll be grateful to hear how much his teaching style has meant to you. We’re excited to see you continue learning and building confidence as you move forward! Best regards,
