Hi Darlene, we’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your sign. Our records show that we provided pre-shipment photos and videos for your review and shipped it immediately to meet your timeline. As this was a custom-made product produced according to the design specifications, it normally does not qualify for refunds. However, we still offered a 25% reimbursement as a gesture of goodwill. Our goal is always for our customers to love their custom pieces, and we’re sorry we missed the mark for you this time.
