– Pete, You’re an Absolute Legend! I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of Neon Frame Studio, and in particular, Pete! What an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish (and I haven’t even received my order yet!). I recently placed an order for a personalised birthday gift for someone very special to me. Unfortunately, I realised the estimated delivery date would fall just after their birthday, and express shipping was a little outside my budget. I decided to reach out on the off chance that something could be done, not expecting anything but figuring there was no harm in asking. Well, along came Pete! Not only did he respond within minutes, but he was incredibly kind, understanding, honest and genuinely willing to help. Despite explaining how busy they were, he went out of his way to have my order moved to the front of the production queue to hopefully save me a day or two. He even arranged for a personalised birthday note to be included! What impressed me most wasn’t just his willingness to help, but the way he communicated throughout the entire exchange. Every response was prompt, warm, professional and genuinely thoughtful. Nothing felt like too much trouble, even when I came back with additional questions! In a world where exceptional customer service can sometimes feel like a thing of the past, Pete is an absolute breath of fresh air. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel so valued as a customer, especially when you’re asking for a favour rather than making a complaint. Pete, if you’re reading this, THANK YOU! Your kindness, patience and willingness to go that extra mile have genuinely made my day. You are an absolute asset to Neon Frame Studio, and I hope the business recognises just how wonderful you are! I haven’t even received my personalised keychain yet, but the experience alone has already earned this business five stars in my eyes. If this is the level of care and attention they give their customers, I have every confidence I’ve made the right choice.
