Quality and Customer Service

Neon Design absolutely exceeded every expectation! From the very first message, Andy & his team were incredibly responsive, helpful, and truly invested in making sure my Jelly Shot Mobile Bar sign was perfect. They guided me through every detail, helped me choose the ideal size and design, and kept the communication smooth and timely throughout. My sign arrived on schedule, looks stunning, and I’m beyond thrilled with the quality. Huge thank you to Neon Design for making my brand shine so brightly. You’ve earned every one of these five stars

The ordering experience was easy and fast! Not only did the design person nail my vision, they expedited shipping so that the sign would arrive in time for a birthday gift! It was more than perfect! I cannot thank the company enough for their attention to detail and their overall professionalism.

Neon Designs has been a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience.. from their quick mark-up of your design, to keeping close communication all the way through, they did exactly how I imagined my logo, even has more features that I wasn’t even expecting… great sturdy packaging an all.. highly recommend their products.!! Thanks again.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great customer service, great communication and very willing to make sure you as the customer, is pleased!!! I am very happy with my purchase and experience.

Horrible turn around time. Asked for cancelation and got told excuses. I think its a scam. Still no sign or refund.

I designed and paid for a sign then they reached out to confirm and I mentioned I actually wanted a cat in the words and they redesigned the sign and refunded me the difference since the sign changed and was less. I will be getting a sign for my backyard soon.

Communication during the whole process was great. Definitely recommend.
