This has helped my pain over time. I don't think I could be comfortable without it. For the cost it is well worth it, also it is a durable device that I have got consistent use from for over a year. I would purchase again, truly a necessity for those that have pain.

I have tried to return the Neo Luminus for my right hand. I have not received a return label and instructions how to mail it back. I am exhausted from dealing with this company. Do not buy anything from this company again!!!!!

Hi Mark, if you want to give us a 1 star review, that's fine, but please tell the truth. You purchased the product and requested a return which we accepted, we issued a full refund immediately and said we would email you a return label. After a while you called your bank and opened a dispute, even though you received a full refund, the reason for your refund was that you didn't receive a return label, so you received a full refund, + once again the full price of the order because the bank (regarding the chargeback) decided in your favor, and you still had the product, and after all that you decided to give us a 1 start review. We apologize if you were unhappy with our company, but please tell the truth because people will read this and think we are a scam, thank you.

My kids have been scamed by this sect neo Luminus in London and them just pay all their money that was given them to spend in London for 60£ they bought scrab and cream Because the neo luminus worker was holding my kids underpreser Kids said no three times and them still managed to sell this sh*t to them… I was so furious if kids tell you no Leave them alone And let them go, After the time my son realised that he bought item he even don’t need and he was so upset.

Hi, can you please remove this review as it has nothing to do with our company. You mentioned a scrub and a cream, but we are a red light therapy brand, we have nothing to do with beauty products. Also, we are not from London, we are an USA brand based in Wyoming. We don't know which company you bought from, but you have never bought anything from our website, thank you.

I purchased the red light neo luminus pad after trying several other modalities over 3-4 months to get relief from tennis elbow. This treatment made sense because it treated the actual cause of the tennis elbow. It was very easy to follow and resulted in slow and steady improvement. My elbow was back to normal after exactly 3 weeks! I could not be more grateful for this product and the team that supports it.

I purchased an item from their website NEOLUMINUS.COM & received a confirmation e mail with my order number saying i will recieve a shipment e mail when item has been shipped. Now 2 weeks after confirmation e mail I have received no communication froM the company despite e mailing them 3 times. The tracking system they have on their website does not recgonise my order number so i'm left waiting with no idea when or if delivery of my item will happen. BEWARE!!!! The company wants me to remove this review as they are the new owners it the domain. I will not take this down as I cannot be sure of what the company says. Maybe they are new owners maybe not. I've seen no evidence either way.
