I was about to complete check out when I read that they want to have the right to keep my credit card information. There was no option to opt out of that and deny them to keep my credit card in their files. So, I just closed out the check out process and started looking online about rather others find neobosen a scam company and I am glad I did because it appears they are a scam. I am going to check out BBB about them and see what is being reported there.

No stars actually- 3 masks ordered 3 weeks ago- still nothing has arrived. Why didn’t I see these reviews before I ordered and why are they still allowed to advertise? Is this criminal activity?

Horrible company. They are a scam. You won't get your order. They just take your money. I am turning them in.

I purchased the mask with face shield. The shield were opaque not clear. You couldn’t really see out of them. The refuse to refund even though they were supposed to have a money back guarantee. Don’t buy from them!!

So I did receive my masks from neobosen. The material is good and they are comfortable, but the black mask does not have a velcro strap to stay secure and neither mask stays over my nose and mouth when I speak. This is a garbage company, with terrible customer service, low quality products, do not order from them.

Ordered two masks from Neobosen. After ordering the masks I found that the company is considered a scam site, I tried to cancel the order but was informed that it had already shipped and could not be cancelled. I was informed that I could check on the shippment with the USPS tracking number. When I looked at the tracking number it says that information has been received and awaiting the item. After contacting Neobosen I received an email saying that the order was at an airport in California. But the USPS says that it is not in the system awaiting item. This is text book scam and the company is totally dishonest. The company will not give a phone number to contact them and online chat always puts you in queue and when your turn comes up they disconnect. Totally a Chinese scam company
