I can honestly say that the customer service that I have received from Snedan at Neo was second to none. I had some problems setting up my business email because of DNS settings from my website provider. Even though these had nothing to do with Neo, Snedan spent many hours trying to sort this out for me, along with his team. He was so kind, friendly and absolutely determined to get all of the issues sorted, even though my website company were not easy to deal with.
