HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Absolutely do not order. The sizing is off, material is horrible and you have to pay for return (20€ from germany to spain). The customer service takes weeks to answer. If you want anime clothes,just order from Wish or Aliexpress, at least it's more trustable.

Ordered a hoodie 6 months ago, never received it. They said they'd give me a refund, then they switched it up saying they'd send another parcel. I refused, demanding my refund and this was their response: Hello there, Thank you for your reply. I'll pass on your request. Thank you for your patience. I ordered twice. Once a cotton t-shirt. Nothing wrong with that one. The second order was more than disappointing. Three hoodies made of very poor quality fabric. Pilling extremely after 2 careful washes and fading print after only 4 washes. Bad quality. No real response after my critics and no solution from the customer service. Do not buy. Waste of money and bad customer service.

Never ever order from this site, i repeat do not order! Never got my item, told them i wanted a replacement and they said that was fine. Didn't hear back from them for like 2 months so i messaged them again and said i wanted a refund and they said fine and then Didn't hear from them for about 2 months again. Got a message from the supposed "CEO" of the company on IG and the message said " I'm the CEO, what happened. ". No wanting to help, no sorry, nothing. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, they have read all my messages and are now choosing to ignore me. Absolute scum bags, cheesy lil rats who deserve nothing what so ever.

Do not order from this site, I received the items they did take some time as they came from china but I was happy to wait until I received the order. Everything came but the quality is bad and cheap. The fitting is not great and I explained to Lorena that I wanted a refund, sent my items back and I’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks with no reply. I’ve raised the issue with my credit card company and will be taking it further. I’ll even take it to small claims court if I have to as I spent a lot of money. Future note to my self to only buy one item and if it’s terrible take it as a loss!

Tried to make a exchange because of the size but customer service only replied once and never again. Some of the shirts are of better quality, I bought a few chainsaw man shirts and I could literally count the pixels one of them.

Warning! Do not use this company. My son placed an order for 2 items on 13th December 2022. Only half of the order was delivered (received on 30th December). The £60 hoodie, was not sent and this was immediately raised with the company. Now 6th March and still not received either the hoodie or a refund, despite several emails to the company, who simply seem to be ignoring us. Buyer beware, this company should be avoided at all costs!!

Ho acquistato con i saldi una maglietta da questo sito, la maglietta è arrivata ed è anche come me la aspettavo quindi nulla da dire sulla merce, il problema è che è arrivata dalla Cina dopo quasi un mese, cosa che non viene indicata da nessuna parte sul sito al momento dell'acquisto, credevo fosse un negozio europeo sinceramente.
