All notifications about my order were great! But after receiving "rating emails" long before I got the product, I wondered what was taking so long. I ordered it 8/20, it arrived 9/6. I looked at tracking info and then realized it's origin was in the UK, a long way from the USA. The product itself is excellent and, to me, worth the wait!!
