Studio NeiroReviews of neiro.ai

Stole money

Wont let me cancel the subscription because they "cant find my account" but I still get charged $15 every 5 days even though its listed as Neiro.ai on my bank statement

I requested cancellation a while ago and I have been charged twice since. I keep looking at the status and it always says that there will be a response within an hour or something to that effect. That’s $50 wasted in a service I no longer wanted and that I think I should be credited back. Please contact me to resolve this issue.

I have been trying to cancel this subscription now for 3 months. I have sent mails and sent website contacts. Please I do not use this subscription. Please cancel this service.

You are still charging me $14:98 each week for nothing. I am not using any program under this name. Please cancel this deduction immediately.

Terrible experience. For a month now, the platform for creating videos with avatars hasn't been working: when I try to create a video, the export fails. I've sent 3 emails to customer service and haven't received any response. There's no phone number to call. I have an annual subscription that I can't use and I've lost an important client. I believe that any online service, without a chat or a quick response via email, is unthinkable today

I did not recall subscribing and when i sent a mail asking to cancel subscription nothing reply was given

Be careful, it's a big scam. I bought a life time deal for this product via appsumo and the system no longer works!
