Awesome store live the lay out n easy access to merchandise. Always able to find that unique something not always available at other stores. Ample free parking n extremely helpful staff adds to the great experience. The going to Neiman for good 10 years also have a Neiman Marcus account which makes my life easier

Ecxecellant customer service, they beyond what necessary to make a customer happy. I shopped there for years, very easy internet site, pleasant reps when you order something by phone. One downturn is that they take a long time to post your monies back on a credit card or their account.
