Hello again, as we discussed before. Your order was placed on a Saturday and shipped on the MONDAY. The time frame is an ESTIMATE provided to us by the post office. Faster shipping options are on our website which are also estimates given to us. Your package was sent on time. It was sent out Monday! You placed your order on the WEEKEND ( NOT A BUSINESS DAY) when the post office is NOT open. You can see from the tracking information that it was sent on Monday, the FIRST business day after your order was placed. Things happen, the post office has delays, that is no control of ours. We are taking the responsibility and providing you with a FULL REFUND. All you need to do is not accept the package when it gets delivered. You refuse to understand what is being said, we can't help that. Point is, it WAS SENT ON TIME and you being rude will not change that. THANKS
