NeckCareReviews of neckcare.com

NeckCare is excellent precise technology, easy to use and backed by a great online platform. The clinical and support team is really helpful, along with the growing academic resources and content library.

Dr. Ansel Updegrove had the amazing fortune to be at the last Upper Cervical Conference in Salt Lake City in June 2025. During the conference, he was first made aware of NeckCare and its invaluable and niched applications. His passion is providing care to those with TBI’s, vestibular issues and upper cervical care for over 23 years. From the first contact with Allie Broghammer we were blown away. Having Kevin Christenson walk us through every step of set up and trouble shooting at a moments notice, beyond belief. They listen intently, care, and believe in the product. This is conveyed with every interaction. They are open to feedback and assist any way they can. With this product in our arsenal, the training and ongoing support we receive, we are able to give all of Dr. Ansel’s patients a baseline assessment not available with any other tool. We are happy to promote this incredible product and how it is able to give succinct objective, measurable and reproducible results. Thank you to the entire team. We look forward to continuing to growing Dr. Ansel’s practice and continue to give his patients the care we pride ourselves on giving. Best to you all! Dr. Ansel Updegrove and Turiya

I’ve had a terrific experience working with Neck Care. The team genuinely cares about advancing this technology and helping clinics implement it in our patient care. Extremely fast response time with all questions, and the onboarding/training process is incredibly easy and beneficial. Thank you, NeckCare!

I have utilized NeckCare for almost 1 year now. It is by far the most efficient and effective tool I have ever come across for assessing the role of the cervical spine in a patient's condition. Would highly recommend to anyone who sees patients with complaints arising from the neck.

The staff at Neck Care is completely outstanding, and the device and platform is so cutting edge, giving us the best information we could hope for and guiding our patient care. If I could put 10 stars, I would.

Love using the NeckCare for objective measure of patient progress and also that the constant drive to develop the tech.

Neck Care has quickly become a standard part of my concussion/PCS assessment process. It's added an invaluable layer of objectivity to the evaluation. It has helped patients understand why we're doing X instead of Y based on the result of the JPET & Butterfly Test.

The product itself is great. The onboarding was a bit rushed. I felt like the person in charge was hurrying through things so I missed some key components. One major thing I’d love to get answered is how far should the patient be from the screen, and at what height should it be in relation to them? When setting up during the onboarding, the guy just said “yeah that looks right” without actually providing any guidance or info.
