Hey Ike. I checked your order . You have placed order on 14th August 2020. We offer free delivery and it usually takes 8-12 business days after processing ( which takes 24-48 hours ). I cancelled your order anyway and refunded your money because of your bad review. Check your email inbox for refund confirmation. I am sorry for any inconvenience. Please next time check shipping policy before you place an order. You have a good one!
