Vance was very persistent
Vance was very persistent, lol 😆 I was so skeptical at first thinking that it may have been a scam. He insured me that it was legit and I didn't have to worry. My e-ticket was emailed to me on the next day. I was pleased with Vance and his services.

Extremely Pleased with Neat Travel!
We were extremely happy and pleasantly surprised with the great deal that we got on Neat Travel. Eddie W. Was so helpful and determined to help us find the right flights. He was honest and reassuring throughout the entire process, and we thank him for all he did for us. Would recommend with no hesitation!

I feel it is a bait and switch scam
I feel it is a bait and switch scam. I knew the prices from the airline and show Neat Travels was $170 cheaper per ticket, I tried it anyway. The flight was booked for $380 and received the confirmation. Then the emails started, and phone calls supposedly but then did not go through to me which could happen. The "Eddie" got with me, and the price increased by $120 each. This was still a decent deal, but not what was originally booked for and a total of 9 emails. We will see if the tickets are real.
