NeatopodReviews of neatopod.com

Neatopod is one of the BEST print partners I work with, especially when it comes to customer service and the quality of print. Alex is consistently responsive and helpful whenever I need support. On several occasions, when I have had customers reach out with last minute delivery needs, he has stepped in quickly to help escalate production and shipping to make things happen. The level of care and communication makes a huge difference. The quality has been consistently great and the customer service is truly outstanding✨

Great customer service and Alex was super knowledgeable about what was possible!

The quality of the prints on the t-shirts I ordered were extremely high quality and surpassed my expectations. The colors were very saturated and the lines were very crisp. The prices are very fair, especially for the quality of the item being delivered. Alex is extremely friendly, helpful, and is quick to respond to any questions you have regarding the process of ordering and customizing your items. I will definitely come back to do business with these guys!! Highly recommend!!

I discovered NeatoPOD from a subReddit on POD where Neato provides reams of free advice on all aspects of product development from blanks to quality assessment. Having tried several POD platforms and found the product lacking, I contacted Neato - while they don't have all the streamlined platform for developing products on the platform, the product samples that I received are so superior to what I got from Gelato, Printful, and Bonfire that I don't care. In addition, NeatO has helped me optimize my artwork for printing, suggested appropriate blanks, and generally has advised me through the product development and delivery process.

Outstanding customer service. I had only dealt with totally-automated on-line shirt-printing companies in the past, but with Neatopod I was able to correspond with a human being - and to see the mockup they generated of my shirts before placing the order. They even helped clean up one of my images. Highly recommended.

My experience with this company has been great. Alex is completely helpful and gets back to you very fast with top of the line customer service. The quality of his print is way above his competitors and will definitely be a reason customers will want to come back. Definitely recommended!!

I just received my T-shirt from Neatopod and was pleasantly surprised with the high quality of the print; a photo-based digital composition I created. Said digital composition is complex and has a variety of colors. It surpassed my expectations!

Neatopod is hands down the best print shop I’ve ever worked with. I love that they’re an independent studio that truly values quality and attention to detail. Every print I’ve received has been stunning — the colors are vibrant, the lines are crisp, and the feeling is premium and intentional. Their communication is exceptional. The owner, Alex, runs his business with honesty, integrity, and genuine care. He takes the time to answer questions, explain options, and make sure the final product is what you envisioned. His generosity, responsiveness, and thoughtfulness make the entire experience feel so positive, smooth, and stress-free. As an artist and small business owner, it gives me so much peace of mind to know that when my customers receive their orders, the print quality will be beautiful, reliable, and exactly what I approved. That sense of confidence is invaluable. Neatopod’s reliability, attention to detail, quality, and stellar customer service make them such a rare find in today’s print business. I highly recommend them to any artist or small business looking for high-quality printing, excellent service, and a true collaborative partner. :)
