Let me tell you something about Chuck Threshie and the entire team at Neat Loans… these guys operate at the highest level 100% of the time! From the first conversation I had with Chuck, he was attentive, knowledgeable, honest and worked absolutely as hard as he could to make sure that he took the best possible care of me. I’m not even going to mention the “Platinum Pre-Approval” product they have that actually won me the house over two higher offers! I’m not even going to tell you that with this Platinum Pre-approval you can go into the bidding process and compete with cash offers (saved me $15k from the two higher bids). Oh also, I’m not even going to tell you about the “Lock and Look” product that lets you lock in a rate for 60 or 90 days… with the current rate environment and the Fed continuing to raise rates you would be crazy not to take advantage of this. Once we had an accepted offer the rest of the Neat Loans team came out swinging! Contracts were sent, docs were reviewed, numbers were worked… it was a thing of beauty! We would have closed on the deal in 14 days had it not been for a completely uncontrollable event with the appraisal… we still closed in 21 days!!! I will use these guys again and again! Thank you for everything you did for our family!
